We contacted him and make a interview, so here it is:
What is your primary occupation? Painting or music?
It is hard to distinguish the limit between painting and the music, it is a true pleasure doing both. Simply, those things fill ones sole and make you feel special and pleased. However, I enjoy painting more, because there is only me and the canvas, and all it takes is imagination, while in music there needs to be a lot of compromise, with yourself and people around you in order to create art in its perfect form.
For how long have you been painting?
I have started painting in 2001, so for 8 years. The decisive factor that made me start painting is that I had spent a lot of time alone, and since I had drawn pictures occasionally, I started studying the works of affirmed artists. The most sincere reasons are pain and the escape from reality.
Which is your favorite technique and why?
My favorite techniques are oil on canvas and acrylic on cardboard. I especially like to paint on large formats, which allow me freedom of expression. In time, I have experimented frequently, so I have also painted aquarelle, acrylic and oil on jute, oil on wood and other things.
Do you have your muse? If yes, then who is your muse?
The start of my painting was related to pain, it was intended to express dissatisfaction and rebellion, and often, suffering. In time, I have found inspiration in many things: music, nature, people and recently in love. To be strait, YES, I do have a muse and she is my girlfriend Katarina :).
Is your life projected through your paintings?
My moods can often be seen and on canvases that I paint, long and poised strokes, live colors, cheerful compositions, or short jittery moves, dark and dull colors that reflect some tougher periods of my life.
Canvas or plain paper?
Between canvas and paper I choose canvas. It provides greater width in techniques.
Where do you find your inspiration when you start painting? What motivates you?
The inspiration is frequently found within. The idea of a good painting is something that develops deeply inside my personality and in the moment of contact with the canvas comes out to the surface. Though, the inspiration can be the music, or meaningful conversation, pleasant encounter, a smile… The motives for a painting can be found on each step, in everything.
