Cool tutorial about making a fireball beam effect using Photoshop. Everyone can do this. Here is a preview and after that you can see a short tutorial. Hope u like it.

Step 1:

Start with a photo file, grab the stock picture below to follow through the tutorial.

Step 2:

Create a new layer, using your brush tool with a 32 px soft brush draw an orange vertical line with #FF3E01 color shade.

Step 3:

Now stretch the orange line through Edit > Transform > Perspective, drag the bottom left perspective points on the orange line to the left to expand it.

Step 4:

Now duplicate your orange beam layer. Then under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add an Inner Glow and Pattern Overlay blending options.
