Couples in Weird Costumes

These are all, I believe, people who were competitors in the annual “Stuck at Prom” contest run by ShurTech Brands (producers of the “Duck” brand of duct tape); each couple must attend a high school, home school association or other school-sanctioned prom held in 2011, wearing complete prom attire and/or accessories made using duct tape; judges select 10 finalists from all the submissions based on workmanship, originality, use of color, accessories, and use of duct tape; the finalists are then put up for a public vote. The prizes are cash scholarships for the entrants and a cash award to the school hosting the entrants’ prom.
