You are what you eat, because what you eat directly influences your body and your body functions. The food you consume can have a direct impact on your sex life, affecting your hormones, brain chemistry, and energy and stress levels. Some foods have psychoactive properties, others arouse because they are psychologically suggestive, and some can actually increase blood flow to the genitals. And if it does not have all that aphrodisiac affect, at least it’s healthy and it will do you good!

10 – ASPARAGUS

English herbalist from the 17th century, Nicholas Culpepper, wrote that asparagus “stirs up lust in man and woman”. In the 19th century France, bridegrooms were served three courses of the sexy spears at their prenuptial dinner. Apparently for a good reason: asparagus is a great source of potassium, fiber, vitamin B6, vitamins A and C, and thiamin and folic acid. The latter is said to boost histamine production necessary for the ability to reach orgasm in both sexes.

The mainstream mass media (television, magazines, music, movies, and the internet) provide increasingly frequent portrayals of sexuality. We still know relatively little about how this content is used and how it affects sexual beliefs and behavior. The few available studies suggest that the media do have an impact because the media keep sexual behavior on public and personal agendas, media portrayals, reinforce a relatively consistent set of sexual and relationship norms, and the media rarely depict sexually responsible models.

The mass media are increasingly accessible way for people to learn about and see sexual behavior. The media may be especially important for young people as they are developing their own sexual beliefs and patterns of behavior and as parents and schools remain reluctant to discuss this topic.

In the United States young people spent 6 to 7 hours each day on average with some form of media. A national survey in 1999 found that one third of young children (2 to 7 years old) and two thirds of older children and adolescents (8 to 18 years old) have a television in their own bedroom.

Sexual talk and displays are increasingly frequent and explicit in the mediated world. One content analysis found that sexual content that ranged from flirt to sexual intercourse had increased from slightly more than half of television programs 1997-1998 to more than two thirds of the programs in the 1999-2000 seasons. Depiction of intercourse (suggestive or explicit) occurred in one of every 10 programs.

Photographer Marcus Piggott had an easy job, because he took pictures of one of the most beautiful women in the world, Penelope Cruz. We got to know her better with the movie Vanilla Sky in which she stared with Tom Cruise, that latter became her husband and even latter her ex husband, and now, her latest movie Vicky Cristina Barcelona, a movie by Woody Allen in which she stared with Javier Bardem and Scarlett Johansson. She is perhaps best known for her work with acclaimed Spanish director, Pedro Almodóvar, in Volver and Todo sobre mi madre. She is the first Spanish woman to win an acting Academy Award.

And really it deserves reword! I don’t know have you watched it, but if you not, trust my words, this movie rocks.

Holland is most famous for it’s tulips. Any of almost 4,000 varieties of about 100 species of cultivated bulbous herbaceous plants making up the genus and most of them are bred in this magnification country. Look some of Holland’s finest flowers.

This is so amazing. I would like to have something like this. Just imagine yourselves driving this rocketcar through your town…That would be great…

What is your favorite pet? Lion? :D This is so twisted, i would never get close to the lion… But when i saw this i asked myself “Am I Crazy?” :D Still it’s sweet and nice to see people hanging out with animals, isn’t it?
