i let myself go with this one. (working on such a large scale was pretty refreshing.)

was inspired by a lot of graphic design that i’ve been encountering on both dA and off in the realms of the internet. was partially working on a web-design [Editor's note: Again!] but it all pulled itself together into this. :clap: i also tryed to leave some texture in the building .. so, when up close, it had a little bit of depth. don’t know if i pulled it off or just made it look like it has low quality. :laughing: meh — so here it is, enjoy, if you may.

Still debating on this one… I may go in and redesign it so it flows a bit more with the others. Mabey I’ll make the building more of the focus…hmmm.

I won an award in our department for the best Poster Design category with this. Hope you guys enjoy it!

The Stars of Space Building is an RRTB mostly used as an arcology. The support beams are made mostly of diamond nanofiber to support the 8 park/lake areas. The Stars of Space building is also home to 3 award winning golf courses and an olympic-sized stadium at the top of the structure. Some of the floor space is used as residential areas, some as commercial centers, and the structure’s base is all factories and manufacturing. A pair of anarchopolities thrive within it, but despite it’s self-reliance, the structure is far from an autarky. The building is host to several large solar corporations and cultural institutions. Only a tiny fraction of the residents commute in and out of the building, most work fairly close to where they live. The morning commute is still fairly hectic, with some arriving through underground speedwalk, and most through the landing zones scattered around the park areas. Design for personal project (I’ll upload more within the day). I don’t even want to estimate the structure’s height, you can do that yourself :)

YMCA T-Shirt Graphic

My dad (an architect) just designed a remodeling project for our local YMCA. They were planning to give out t-shirts at the grand opening and needed a graphic for the front of the shirt so he pulled a few strings and got me the job. Of course they hired some professional artist to do the bulk of the design but I did this graphic which was the center-piece of the shirt. This is the main entryway to the building.
